Drumurile din Moldova vor fi parte a tronsonului auto internaţional dintre Marea Baltică şi Marea Neagră

Republica Moldova va fi parte a unui coridor internaţional al conexiunilor de transport între Marea Baltică şi Marea Neagră. Tronsonul va traversa teritoriul ţărilor Scandinave, a celor Baltice, a unor state europene şi va ajunge la Marea Neagră.
"Efectul economic se vede de la bun început. Transportarea de mărfuri între aceste două regiuni mari este necesar şi ea are loc, dar are loc pe drumuri foarte puţin organizate din punct de vedere al carosabilului aşa cum se cere", a declarat vice-ministrul Construcţiilor şi Dezvoltării Teritoriului, Vasile Ursu.
Potrivit vice-ministrului, construcţia acestui traseu va scuti transportatorii de multiple taxe care, în mod obişnuit, tergiversau trecerea auto pe teritoriile acestor state. "Realizarea acestui proiect va aduce mai multe beneficii pentru statele participante, inclusiv şi pentru Moldova, printre care crearea locurilor de muncă noi, rezolvarea unui şir de probleme economice şi atragerea investiţiilor în proiectele de infrastructură ", a mai menţionat Ursu.
Din lungimea totală a tronsonului, pe teritoriul Moldovei, acesta va cuprinde 220 km. "Dacă vor rămânea cele două benzi de la Sculeni şi până la Chişinău, şi de la Chişinău, prin Gura Bîcului, la Tiraspol spre Odesa, vom avea 215-220 km. Astăzi costul construcţiei unui km de drum este de un mln de dolari. De aceea este uşor de calculat că pe teritoriul ţării noastre vor fi necesare circa 200 mln de dolari", a mai specificat Ursu.
Finanţarea construcţiei acestui tronson se va efectua din contul Uniunii Europene, cât şi din contul statelor participante la proiect. Coordonatorul proiectului este Asociaţia de Dezvoltarea regională KIUT (Drum din Ung. - n.n.) din Ungaria.

În urma acestui acord, Moldova va fi parte a unui coridor internaţional de transport între Marea Baltică şi Marea Neagră.
"Acest dialog demonstrează faptul că ne-am dovedit unul altuia efectul economic al reconstrucţiei şi al inaugurării acestui traseu. Acesta este unul absolut benefic. Suntem toţi de acord de a participa cu ceea ce poate fiecare ţară", a declarat vice-ministrul construcţiilor şi dezvoltării teritoriului, Vasile Ursu.
Potrivit vice-ministrului, implementarea acestui proiect va avea "un impact pozitiv major asupra dezvoltării regiunilor din Moldova prin care va trece magistrala internaţională". "Va contribui simţitor la dezvoltarea raioanelor din Moldova. Mai ales pentru că acei agenţi economici care au oportunitatea de a investi în Republica Moldova, pot s-o facă acum în imediata vecinătate cu un traseu internaţional", a mai specificat Ursu.
Planul construcţiei unui traseu de importanţă internaţională va uni cele două mari regiuni, Marea Neagră cu Marea Baltică, a fost lansat cu doi ani în urmă de Uniunea Europeană, care va fi şi co-finanţatorul acestui proiect.

Соглашением предусмотрено, что через территорию Молдовы пройдет отрезок международного транспортного коридора, связывающего Балтику и Черное море.
«Достижение консенсуса в этом вопросе демонстрирует, что для всех заинтересованных сторон очевиден экономический эффект от реализации данного проекта. Каждая страна, участвующая в проекте, готова поддержать его в той мере, в какой способна это сделать»,- отметил заместитель министра строительства и развития территорий Василий Урсу.
По его словам, внедрение данного проекта «положительно отразится на развитии тех регионов Молдовы, через которые пройдет молдавский отрезок международной магистрали». «Проект будет ощутимо способствовать развитию районов нашей страны. Тем более что те хозяйствующие субъекты, которые желают инвестировать в экономику Молдовы, могут это сделать сейчас, вложив средства в районы, расположенные в непосредственной близости от автомагистрали»,- добавил Урсу.
План строительства автотрассы международного значения, соединяющей Черноморский и Балтийский регионы, был предложен два года назад Европейским союзом, который взял на себя большую часть финансирования данного проекта.

Дороги Республики Молдова станут частью международного транспортного коридора, связывающего Балтийское и Черное моря. Данный коридор пересекает скандинавские и балтийские страны, а также территории ряда европейских государств, и достигает Черного моря.
«Экономический эффект очевиден. Перевозка грузов между этими регионами очень важна, и она происходит, но - по дорогам, не обеспечивающим требуемый уровень товаропотока»,- заявил заместитель министра строительства и развития территорий Василий Урсу.
По словам заместителя министра, строительство данной трассы освободит перевозчиков от множества выплат, которые, как правило, затягивают проезд автотранспорта по территории этих государств. «Внедрение данного проекта принесет пользу участвующим в нем государствам, в том числе - Молдове. В числе положительных моментов можно назвать и создание новых рабочих мест, решение ряда вопросов экономического характера и привлечение инвестиций в проекты, связанные с развитием сопутствующей инфраструктуры»,- отметил также Урсу.
Через территорию Молдовы пройдут 220 км транспортного коридора. «Если учесть два шоссе - от Скулень до Кишинева и от Кишинева через Гура Быкулуй к Тирасполю и Одессе, то получится 215-220 км. Сегодня стоимость строительства одного километра дороги равняется одному миллиону долларов. Не сложно подсчитать, что для строительства участка, проходящего через нашу территорию, потребуется порядка 200 млн. долларов США»,- добавил Урсу.
Финансирование строительства транспортного коридора будет осуществляться Европейским Союзом, а также за счет государств, участвующих в данном проекте. Координатором проекта является венгерская Ассоциация регионального развития KIUT.
Roads in Moldova will be part of international highway between Baltic Sea and Black Sea

Republic of Moldova will be part of an international corridor of transport connexions between Baltic Sea and Black Sea. The highway will cross the territory of Scandinavian countries, the Baltic ones, some European countries and will reach the Black Sea.
"Economic effect is visible from the very beginning. Transportation of commodities between these two big regions is necessary and it is accomplished, but it is done on very weakly organized and inappropriate roads", declared the deputy minister of constructions and territorial development, Vasile Ursu.
According to the deputy minister, the construction of that highway will exempt the transporters from multiple taxes that, normally, delayed the auto-transition through the territory of these states. "Accomplishment of this project shall bring multiple benefits for the participating states, including Moldova, among which are the new jobs, settlement of a range of economic problems and attracting investments into infrastructure projects", Ursu mentioned.
Out of total length of the highway, in Moldova it shall cover 220 km. "If we keep the other two highways from Sculeni to Chişinău and from Chişinău, via Gura Bîcului and Tiraspol to Odesa, we shall have 215-220 km. Today the cost of one kilometre of road is one million dollars. That is why, it is easy to calculate that on the territory of our country we will need about 200 mln dollars", specified Ursu.
The finances for that highway will be provided by European Union and by the states participating in the project. The Association of Regional Development KIUT (road in Hungarian - ed.n.) from Hungary will be the project coordinator.
Moldova and European states reached a consensus on inaugurating the international highway between the Black Sea and Baltic Sea

Following this agreement, Moldova will become a part of international transportation corridor between Black Sea and Baltic Sea.
"This dialogue shows the fact that we proved to each other the economic effect subsequent to reconstruction and inauguration of that highway. This is absolutely beneficial. We all agree to participate by what every country could afford", declared the deputy minister of constructions and territorial development, Vasile Ursu.
According to the deputy minister, the implementation of this project will have "a positive major impact on development of Moldovan regions which will be crossed by this highway". "It will substantially contribute to the development of Moldovan districts, especially because those economic companies that have the opportunity to invest in Moldova may do it now in immediate proximity to an international highway", pointed Ursu.
The plan of constructions of this highway of international importance that will link the two regions - Black Sea and Baltic Sea - was launched two years ago by European Union, which will also be a contribute financially to this project.
